60ml gin
30ml sour mix
1/2 Bar spoon superfine sugar
soda water

PREPARATION:
Shake gin, sour mix, and sugar with ice and strain into a hi-ball glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
