Metropolitan Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

Metropolitan 
45ml Cognac VSOP
30ml sweet vermouth
1/2 Bar spoon simple sugar syrup
2 Bar spoon Angostura bitters

PREPARATION:
Pour the brandy, sweet vermouth, sugar syrup and Angostura bitters into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with coriander


GARNISH: coriander/ Cherry
