INGREDIENTS:
45ml brandy
30ml dark crème de cacao
30ml cream
Ground nutmeg for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail cubes.Shake well. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Metropolitan Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

30ml sweet vermouth
1/2 Bar spoon simple sugar syrup
2 Bar spoon Angostura bitters
PREPARATION:
Pour the brandy, sweet vermouth, sugar syrup and Angostura bitters into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with coriander
GARNISH: coriander/ Cherry
