Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS: 

30ml vodka

325ml chilled bloody mary mix

PREPARATION:

Bloody Mary Mix: 

(2.5 Liter) 1 lem 

2 liter tomato juice, 

50ml WC Sauce,

4 shakes Tabasco sauce, 

1/2 bar spoon cayenne pepper

 1/2 bar spoon celery salt, 

ground 1/2 bar spoon black peppercorns,

 Rim the glass with salt & pepper. ( Fill cooler glass with ice, pour vod bloody mary mix, garnish and serv

GARNISH:

celery

lemon

Sex on the Beach

Sex on the Beach Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

45ml vodka
20ml peach schnapps
10ml crème de cassis
60ml orange juice
60ml cranberry juice

PREPARATION:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
 Shake well.
Strain into a hi-ball glass, filled with ice.

GARNISH: Celery &Orange

INGREDIENTS:

 80ml vodka

40ml coffee liqueur

PREPARATION:

• Pour coffee liqueur over cube ice 
•  Layer vodka over it
•  Garnish and serve

Pour the coffee liqueur and vodka glass filled with ice.

Float the half & half on top.

INGREDIENTS: 

20ml vodka

20ml Southern Comfort 

20ml Amaretto

20ml gin

70ml orange juice

PREPARATION:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and Shake well.

Pour the mix into a hi-ball glass fill.

Garnish: Orange slice

Chi- Chi cocktail

Chi-Chi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
60ml vodka
30ml blue curaçao
30ml cream of coconut
fresh or canned pineapple
A scoop of vanilla ice cream

PREPARATION:

Pour all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
 Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
If the mix turns out too thick add juice;
If too thin add ice or ice cream.

GARNISH: Pinneapple Slice

Long Island Iced Tea Recipe:

               Long Island Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS:

20ml vodka
20ml light rum
20ml gin
20ml tequila
20ml triple sec
20ml sour mix
Coke

PREPARATION:
Pour the spirits and sour mix into a shaker with ice.
Shake for 2 seconds.
Pour into a hi-ball glass.
Top the glass with cola.

GARNISH: Lemon.

GLASSWARE: High Ball .

Salty Dog Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

60ml vodka
120ml grapefruit juice
salt for rimming

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Straininto a salt rimmed martini glass and garnish with lime wedge.

GARNISH: Lemon wedge

120ml orange juice

PREPARATION:

Build the ingredients in a rock glass with ice.
Stir well.
