Irish Coffee Recipe:

                               Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS:

45ml Irish whiskey
75ml hot coffee
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
50ml whipping cream

PREPARATION:

Pour the coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar into an Irish coffee glass or mug.
Stir well.
 Float the cream on top.

GARNISH: Coffee Powder
