Sangria Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:

Sangria
120ml ginger ale
60ml simple sugar syrup
200ml club soda
45ml curaçao
20ml brandy
1 x 750 ml bottles red wine
juice of 1 orange juice
1 lemon or lime
6 thinly sliced orange and lemon sections for garnish
1 thinly sliced fresh or brandied peach for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pre-chill all ingredients (preferably overnight).
Mix the red wine, curaçao, brandy, fruit juices and sugar syrup well.
Strain into a chilled punch bowl with a cake of ice.
Add the club soda.
Garnish with theorange, lemon and peach slices.
Makes 24 servings.

10ml crème de cassis
100ml dry white wine
PREPARATION:
Pour the crème de cassis into a wine glass.
Slowly add the dry white wine.
GARNISH: White Grapes
GLASSWARE: White wine Glass/ Champagne Glass
