Manhattan Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
60ml bourbon whiskey
30ml sweet vermouth
1 Bar spoon Angostura bitters
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

15ml simple sugar syrup
club soda
PREPARATION:
Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in high-ball glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Top with club soda. .

INGREDIENTS:
45ml Irish whiskey
75ml hot coffee
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
50ml whipping cream
PREPARATION:
Pour the coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar into an Irish coffee glass or mug.
Stir well.
Float the cream on top.
GARNISH: Coffee Powder
GLASSWARE: Irish coffee cup
