Gimlet Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
60ml gin
50ml lime juice
10ml simple sugar syrup

PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well. F
ine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

GARNISH: Lime Twist

15ml dry vermouth 

15ml sweet vermouth 

50ml orange juice

PREPARATION:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail cubes.

Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Gibson Recipe

 INGREDIENTS:

GIbson

75ml gin
5ml dry vermouth


PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the cocktail onion.

 Gin Fizz Recipe

Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS:
60ml gin
30ml sour mix
1/2 Bar spoon superfine sugar
soda water

PREPARATION:
Shake gin, sour mix, and sugar with ice and strain into a hi-ball glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.


GARNISH: Olives/ Lemon

GLASSWARE: Margarita/cocktail Glass.

Napoleon Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

60ml gin

1 Bar spoon orange liqueur

1 Bar spoon Dubonnet Rouge

1 Bar spoon Fernet Branca

PREPARATION:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

 Shake well. 

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

GARNISH:Orange and olives

Negroni Recipe

:30ml gin
30ml sweet vermouth
30ml Campari


PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into an rocks glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.

 Long Island Iced Tea Recipe:

               Long Island Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS:

20ml vodka
20ml light rum
20ml gin
20ml tequila
20ml triple sec
20ml sour mix
Coke

PREPARATION:
Pour the spirits and sour mix into a shaker with ice.
Shake for 2 seconds.
Pour into a hi-ball glass.
Top the glass with cola.

GARNISH: Lemon.

GLASSWARE: High Ball .
